STRATEGIST • PRACTITIONER • RESEARCHER

Driving Growth Through Organizational Architecture.

True organizational scaling is never accidental. It is the deliberate alignment of strategic market positioning, highly functional culture, and scalable infrastructure.

As a Chief Growth Officer and doctoral researcher in Organizational Leadership, I operate at the intersection of executive execution and advanced leadership theory. My background isn't linear—it was built from the ground up through deep technical operations, competitive team sports, and cross-functional corporate scaling. This diverse foundation allows me to look past surface-level metrics and engineer the internal corporate ecosystems that make sustainable, bottom-line growth inevitable.

EXECUTIVE BACKGROUND

Engineering Growth & Operations

Market expansion and organizational sustainability require deliberate operational synchronization. Throughout my executive career, my focus has been on designing and executing cross-functional growth strategies within complex corporate structures and healthcare holding entities.

From rebuilding mechanical operations to managing multi-million dollar infrastructure development, my approach centers on structural optimization. By aligning business development, regulatory compliance, and departmental workflows, I specialize in transforming fragmented systems into highly scalable engines that drive predictable bottom-line momentum.

ACADEMIC FOUNDATION

Scholarly Inquiry into Culture & Change

Practical execution is only as strong as the foundational theory guiding it. As a doctoral student (Ed.D.) specializing in Organizational Leadership at Grand Canyon University, my research focuses on the systemic mechanics of modern corporate ecosystems.

My academic work dives deep into qualitative investigations of transformational leadership theories, organizational learning cultures, and structural efficacy. By investigating how internal communication dynamics and leadership behaviors directly influence operational performance, I actively translate cutting-edge organizational research into high-impact, real-world corporate strategy.

CIVIC ENGAGEMENT & ADVISORY

Cultivating Regional Excellence and Leadership.

True transformational leadership extends far beyond the boardroom or the classroom—it requires active investment into the fabric of our local communities. Beyond my executive responsibilities and doctoral research, I am deeply committed to regional development, serving as an ambassador for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and collaborating with local networks to foster sustainable civic growth.

My commitment to development is equally rooted in youth mentorship and athletics, as I served as Vice President of the Queen City Youth Football League and coached youth football and basketball. This passion for systemic community learning aligns with my upcoming entry into Leadership Springfield’s Signature Class 51 this August, an intensive program dedicated to analyzing regional issues and developing collaborative, community-wide solutions. By bridging advanced organizational theory with local civic initiatives and athletic mentorship, I aim to cultivate high-performance collaborative ecosystems that empower the next generation of regional leaders.
